The credit card holder, passengers and/or any members of the transaction understand and agree that all charges are assessed from United Limousine and Sedan Service (ULSS). That quote for service is strictly a quote and any situation, which lengthens the time, required to complete services may require additional charges to final billing. All unpaid accounts, deposits and balances are authorized by the credit card holder, passengers and/or any members of the transaction with either by phone, verbal, signed, or emailed acceptance of the reservation form not paid as due and agreed upon herein, will be assessed a late charge of 18%. ULSS reserves the right to contact the credit card holder, passengers and/or any members of the transaction for all unpaid accounts, deposits or balances. The credit card holder, passengers and/or any members of the transaction hereby agree that should it become necessary to institute legal collection of outstanding charges all attorney fees and collection fees will be paid by the credit card holder, passengers and/or any members of the transaction. All reservations require a 1/3 (one-third) non-refundable deposit of the total estimated trip(s) costs as quoted at the time of the reservation. All Limousines are strictly non-smoking. Smoking, and/or any illegal or dangerous behavior as determined by the Chauffeur within a vehicle may be cause for termination of trip(s) without refund of any kind. ULSS will not be responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, accidents, or any other unforeseeable acts of god. If you cancel a reservation the following cancellation policy will apply: All reservations cancelled will be assessed a processing fee of 10% or $100.00 which ever is lower. Any airport service cancelled within 4 hours of scheduled pick/up will be assessed full estimated charges. Any point-to-point (P2P) service cancelled within 24 hours will be assessed full estimated charges. Any charter service cancelled between three to seven days of service will be assessed 50% of estimated charges, and full charges will apply if cancellation occurs within three days of service or if service is on a Friday or Saturday. Reservations utilizing motor coaches (buses) will incur a full charge if cancelled within 14 days of service . |

This agreement is a contractual arrangement for hire of Chauffeured transportation services and the conduct of the customer during these services. In addition to the charges for these services additional charges will be assessed for any damages in excess of usual wear. There will be a minimum charge of $300.00 for the repair or cleaning of any vehicle reserved through ULSS. The Customer and /or contract holder is fully responsible for the conduct of all members of their party. ULSS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, as it deems necessary. Signature, verbal, or email acceptance of this agreement constitutes full and complete agreement and understanding of this contractual agreement. |

A fee equal to the fare, wait time and the appropriate chauffeur gratuity will be charged when the client does not show-up at the pre-arranged pick-up location.
